Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use are a legally binding agreement between you (“you”) and the Association of Tree Care Professionals (“ATCP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your access to and use of atcppros.org and any related media, mobile sites, or applications (collectively, the “Site”).

By using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Site immediately.
