How to Join the ATCP Town Hall

Follow these steps to set up your Discord account and access the meeting.

Step 1

Create a Discord Account & Download the App

  • Go to the Discord website on your browser, or download the Discord app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store on your mobile device.
  • Click Login and select Register to create a free account using your email address.
  • Verify your email to activate the account.

Step 2

Join the ATCP Server

  • Click the official ATCP Discord Invite Link below.
  • Click Accept Invite. This will add the ATCP server to your server list, which is located on the left-hand sidebar of the app.

Step 3

Access the Town Hall Stage Channel

  • Open the ATCP server by clicking the ATCP logo in your left-hand sidebar.
  • Scroll down the channel list to find the Voice Channels or Stages section.
  • Click on the channel named Town Hall Stage to automatically join the audio feed.
Step 4

Audio Settings & Etiquette

  • Mute/Unmute: Use the microphone icon in the bottom left corner (desktop) or bottom of your screen (mobile) to mute and unmute yourself. Please keep your microphone muted while others are presenting.
  • Speaking Permissions: If the Town Hall is hosted in a Discord “Stage” channel, you will join as a listener. Click the Raise Hand button if you wish to speak or ask a question during the Q&A segment, and an admin will bring you “on stage.”
